Each chest of drawers and each wardrobeis a unique specimen, as we depend on the findings that are not available in unlimited numbers. Our design is basically an antidesign as its respective shape is a result of putting together the findings as they come along. The specific beauty of the products lies less in the actual shape than e.g. the character and the aura of the individual drawers and how they interact. This can be compared to a remix done with pieces of music or else a collage as found in the arts.
For a little extra charge you can create your own individual furniture together with us.

The materials. We mostly use simple solid wood, such as pine wood or spruce, but also some more precious types of wood, such as oakwood, beech, or walnut. The surfaces will be whitened, varnished or oiled. Sometimes we are able to realize a corpus or a table made of recycling material or driftwood. As part of an exhibition in Portland, Oregon, we built a long table made of recycled wood in just two days; the kitchen-trolley-table mobile was made using a greater amount of driftwood. A series of kitchen furniture was built using grey withered oak wood that used to serve as the floors of old freight cars.
